The Frost Place Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Payments made will be refunded in full (less a $100 processing fee) if you cancel 30 or
more days in advance of your workshop.
- If you cancel your registration after that, we will issue a nonrefundable credit for the
following year's program (less a $100 processing fee).
- No refund or credit is available if you cancel on the first day of the program, if you do not
show up or if you choose to leave a program early for any reason.
- In the unlikely event that we cancel your workshop, we will refund your payment in full.
There will be no refund of fees for those having to leave the conference early.
